Free vs Premium
The limits of each plan — devices, data, locations and unused tunnels — and how the monthly data allowance works.

The monthly data allowance (Free)
Data counts both directions — what you download and upload through the tunnel. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). You can see how much you've used under Data this month on Billing.
When you reach it, your tunnels are disconnected until the next month, or until you upgrade. See Data limit reached.
Unused tunnels (Free)
Tunnels don't expire. On the free plan, a tunnel left unused for 30 days is released, after an email warning; Premium tunnels are kept either way. See Unused tunnels are released.
Switching plans
- Upgrade to Premium — the limits lift as soon as your payment goes through.
- Cancel your subscription — you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. If you have more tunnels than Free allows at that point, we keep the newest one and disconnect the rest, along with any on Premium-only locations.

Upgrade to Premium
Upgrade from the Billing page and pay by card through Stripe. Premium starts as soon as the payment goes through.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel in the Stripe customer portal from Billing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of a purchase or renewal by emailing support.
My payment failed
You keep Premium for 3 days while you update your card. After that your account moves to Free — nothing is deleted.
