Billing questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes — you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. The conditions are in our refund and cancellation policy.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing → Manage subscription; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry the payment and keep Premium working for 3 days while you update your card. After that your account moves to the free plan — nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
