Reset your password
Forgot your password? Request a reset link by email and choose a new one.
If you've forgotten it
- Go to sign in and select Forgot password?.
- Enter your email address and select Send reset instructions.
- Open the email and follow the link.
- Enter your new password (at least 8 characters) and select Change my password.
The reset link works for 6 hours. If it has expired, request a new one.
You can also skip the password entirely and sign in with an email link.
If you know it and want to change it
Signed in, go to Security, enter your Current password and your New password twice, then select Change Password.
Changing your password signs out your Ghostunnel apps, so you'll need to sign in to them again.
Account locked?
After too many wrong passwords, your account is locked for a while to protect it. You can wait, or use the unlock email we send — if it didn't arrive, request it again at unlock your account.

Sign in with an email link
Get a one-time sign-in link by email instead of typing your password. Links work for 15 minutes.

Use your Google or Apple account to create a Ghostunnel account or sign in, and connect one to an account you already have.
Sign in with a passkey
Use your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. Passkeys can't be phished.
Two-factor authentication
Protect your account with a code from an authenticator app, and keep backup codes in case you lose your phone.
