Sign in with a passkey
Use your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. Passkeys can't be phished.
A passkey signs you in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. It's saved on your device or in your password manager (iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager, 1Password and others), and it only works on ghostunnel.com, so a fake site can't trick you into giving it away.
Add a passkey
- Go to Security.
- Under Passkeys, give it a name you'll recognise (for example "MacBook" or "1Password") and select Add a passkey.
- Follow your browser's prompt.
We email you whenever a passkey is added to your account. If you didn't add it, remove it and change your password.
Sign in with it
On the sign-in page, select Sign in with a passkey and choose it in your browser's prompt. You don't need to enter your email address.
A passkey checks your fingerprint, face or PIN on your device, so it counts as two factors by itself. If you've turned on two-factor authentication, signing in with a passkey doesn't ask for a code.
Remove a passkey
Select Remove next to it on the Security page, then delete it from your device or password manager too. Your password and email links keep working.
We only keep the passkey's public key, never the private key or your biometrics. See the Privacy Policy.
