If traffic from a Ghostunnel IP address is attacking, spamming or otherwise abusing your service, email [email protected] with:

• the IP address and the exact date, time and time zone,
• what happened, with relevant log lines,
• the destination (your server, port or URL).

Because we don't keep connection logs, we usually can't tell which customer used an address at a given time. We use reports to block abusive traffic and enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, and we act on accounts when abuse is tied to one. Copyright complaints are covered in the same policy.

Found a vulnerability in our website, apps, API or servers? Email [email protected] with the steps to reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it, and don't access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing. See Security research.
